| Description: | Pawnbrokers provide customer service to loan and retail customers. The number one priority of a pawnbroker is providing immediate recognition and assistance to our customer, either loan customers or sales customers. |
| Duties: | Assisting pawn and sales customers with their needs. Building a team-oriented environment through assisting other employees in all store activity. Assisting the management team in determining the value of items to loan appropriate money for the collateral. Pawnbrokers arc responsible for maintaining a presentable store at all times. Procedural duties include but are not limited to pricing merchandise, filing loan tickets, pulling inventory forfeits from warehouse, cleaning them, carrying them to the retail area, and maintenance of warehouse areas. |
